Data Deletion Request

Heritage AI users can ask us to delete their account and the information associated with it. This page explains what can be deleted and how to make the request.
What you can request deletion of
- your Heritage AI account
- personal information associated with your account
- WhatsApp information you submitted to Heritage AI
- uploaded heritage materials, where you have appropriate authority over those materials
How to make a request
- 1Email support@heritageai.tech.
- 2Use the subject line Data Deletion Request.
- 3Include the email address or phone number associated with the Heritage AI account or interaction.
- 4Identify what information or account should be deleted.
- 5Heritage AI may request reasonable information to verify your identity or authority before processing the request.
Please do not include sensitive personal details beyond what is needed to identify the account.
What may be retained
Some information may need to be retained where required by law, or for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate recordkeeping obligations. We will tell you if this applies to your request.
